Improvers Yoga Flow
This class gracefully weaves the asanas (postures) together, orchestrated by the breath to build strength, stamina and flexibility. It will release tension from the body, improve your posture and leave you feeling stronger, more energised and happy. It's fun too!
Open to all except complete beginners who should start with a beginners yoga class or workshop.
Beginners Yoga
Beginners hatha yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities. The class is a gentle introduction to yoga, flowing through a sequence of traditional postures, with emphasis on moving with and from the breath. The class will also incorporate some simple breathing techniques. If you have an injury or are pregnant, please check with a medical practitioner first and also with the teacher to discuss whether the class is suitable.

Iyengar Yoga
IYENGAR® yoga is suitable for all levels of students at all ages. It is known for its attention to detail and use of props which enables poses to be done more effectively at whatever level of ability. It is most beneficial to commit to a regular yoga class because each class is different, often with a special focus on an area of the body to be worked on. This means you get a very balanced practice, regularly working every muscle in your body. There are always alternatives to do if you are tired or injured, so you leave feeling much better than when you arrived.
The Iyengar training is rigorous and thorough, and consequently the classes are very safe for all abilities and fitness. In particular, if you have a particular injury or challenge, there will always be a safe way of adapting poses for you.
