Therapies
We all know that good nutrition is essential for the development and growth of a healthy foetus and there is ever-growing evidence that exercise such as yoga can be highly beneficial both during and after pregnancy.
There are also a number of therapies that can assist you whether you need help conceiving (try medical herbalism, acupuncture, reflexology, NLP, hypnotherapy or nutrition therapy), you have a pregnancy-related injury (perhaps requiring physiotherapy), you want a natural way to induce labour (try acupuncture for example) or you would like some drug-free relief or support during labour (aromatherapy, reflexology or homeopathy). Once your baby is born, you may need some help to recover - for example, if you have sustained back or joint pain. As always, if you are unsure about the best course of treatment, please contact us so we can help.
