Sports Injury Clinic

Whether you're involved in recreational or professional sports, you may from time to time sustain an injury that has a negative impact on your performance and causes you discomfort or pain. Proper treatment of an injury is essential in order to facilitate a rapid recovery and return to your normal activities. We may also review your sporting techniques and habits in order to prevent a recurrence of injury.

In order for us to rectify your particular issue, we may use a multi-disciplinary approach. All our therapists work in a co-operative way in order to provide you with the specific course of treatment you need. This course of treatment may include physiotherapy, sports therapy, sports massage, podiatry, osteopathy, acupuncture or muscle stress release technique. For further information on any of these therapies, please visit our treatments and therapies page.

Your first sports injury assessment will be with a physiotherapist and will last for 45 minutes.

In addition, whilst you are rehabilitating, your therapist may recommend that you do some specialised exercise such as Pilates.
