Monday - Friday 8.15am - 7.30pm
Saturday 9.00am - 1pm
45 minute and 30 minute physiotherapy appointments are available. All first physiotherapy appointments are 45 minutes.
Home Visits:
A physiotherapist can visit you at home if you are unable to travel. Please enquire at reception for more details and pricing.
Health Insurance:
Our physiotherapists are recognised by all Private Health Insurance companies, such as BUPA, PPP, Norwich Union, HSA etc. Patients covered by AXA PPP are requested to talk to our receptionist or their therapist regarding payment procedure.
Physiotherapy plays a vital role in healing, rehabilitation and pain relief following muscle, ligament, bone and joint injury. Acute conditions have been shown to respond well to prompt treatment.
Physiotherapy is a hands-on assessment and treatment for the relief of musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain.
Physiotherapy treatment stimulates and improves the body's own natural healing mechanisms without the use of medication.

Sports Injury Clinic
Whether you're involved in recreational or professional sports, you may from time to time sustain an injury that has a negative impact on your performance and causes you discomfort or pain. Proper treatment of an injury is essential in order to facilitate a rapid recovery and return to your normal activities. We may also review your sporting techniques and habits in order to prevent a recurrence of injury.
In order for us to rectify your particular issue, we may use a multi-disciplinary approach. All our therapists work in a co-operative way in order to provide you with the specific course of treatment you need. This course of treatment may include physiotherapy, sports therapy, sports massage, podiatry, osteopathy, acupuncture or muscle stress release technique. Your first sports injury assessment will be with a physiotherapist and will last for 45 minutes.
In addition, whilst you are rehabilitating, your therapist may recommend that you do some specialised exercise such as Pilates.
