Beginners Yoga Workshops

With so many yoga classes and hundreds of styles to choose from our beginners yoga workshops are designed to simplify the process.

Over these two hour workshops our experienced teachers will gently introduce basic postures and breathing techniques enabling you to find a feel for yoga whilst demystifying some of the key terms. With a maximum of 12 students, these sessions are a safe and welcoming environment in which to explore a new discipline, have any questions answered and develop a confident approach before joining an open level class.
